Corporate Customers: Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all open enrollment, on line live enrollment, mentored learning and room rentals
|
| Please notify New Horizons in writing and/or via email at least ten (10) business days in advance of your scheduled training should you need to cancel or reschedule your training. |
| Orders cancelled less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training date; the client acknowledges responsibility to pay an amount representing 100% of the total amount due on the invoice by the invoice due date. Students may reschedule for a later class date of the same course up to 6 months after the original date, so long as the invoice is paid. |
| Companies who are redeeming prepaid coupons for classes will be charged one coupon per day of class for cancelling less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training date. |
